We live in a knowledge economy. The core assets of the modern business enterprise aren’t its building, machinery and real estate, but the intelligence, understanding, skills and experience of its employees. Harnessing the capabilities and commitment of knowledge workers is arguably the central managerial challenge of our time.
We have initiated a slew of measures to capture and harness the capabilities and competencies of our trainers on site to bring about the necessary edge required of a successful enterprise. You would hear more on this in the coming weeks from your managers.
This issue is themed around welcoming newcomers at NEXT and highlighting some superlative performances of July. I am glad that the first issue has received an overwhelming response from most of you and urge the rest to join in the main stream to stay connected.

Charles Deck Odom II
“Chad” as he likes to be known, joined our Hyderabad team in May this year. Chad is a multi talented person who has done a wide range of jobs from that of a language teacher in Columbia to being a sales manager in Louisiana, to raising funds for “books building Bridges” in California, Boat-builder in New Mexico & Colorado and also a songwriter singer having written and collaborated on over 70 songs. He organized, managed and performed in three bands since 2003.
He also has a CELTA certification under his belt. Good to have you on our team Chad.

Welcome Back Narinder Kaur
We are happy to welcome Clarissa Macdonald & Narinder Kalra back this year. Narinder joined us in February 2006. She & Clarissa successfully completed delivering the Focus Plus program with Deloitte between October 2009 & March 2010.
Clarissa's current assignment at Deloitte is as Trainer and Narinder’s is mentoring executives there.

Krunal Rao Sales - Gujarat
Krunal has traveled over 900KM and conducted 3G wave 2 program at Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Gandhidham and Ahmedabad in just 7 days to meet the deadline of training coverage .
Apart from that he has also conducted 'induction program for the DST team'. Post induction the sales figures have increased and this was acknowledged by Aninda Sarkar, TSM, Mr. Manish Desai, CTM and Mr. Ajaysingh Shekhawat, ZBM Rajkot. Congratulations Krunal for keeping an eye on the end result.
A FACEBOOK page for “Aircel Gujarat Training team” was created by Krunal which was an instant hit with over 35 followers within few days and aiming to gain over 300 followers in two months. Thank you Manish for the brilliant idea!
