Supreetha Sreenath Star KK
Supreetha did a lot of training over the quarter on Post paid products and process, Iphone, 3G technology, service, product and process, Telecordia application and Dongle training. She achieved 100% pass results for the NHIT retail training. Supreetha certified green for the "Negotiation Skills" workshop held at the Academy and also attended an MTTT on "Business Communication". She received a cash prize and a Reebok watch as recognition of her training successes. Well done Supreetha. |

Smitha had a busy quarter. She attended the Iphone 4 TTT in Chennai. Certified at the "Selling For Success" workshop at the Academy. Attended the Lakshya workshop conducted by Mr. suresh Samwal, and the Power Point workshop conducted by Ms. Vijay Lakshmi. She conducted Iphone, Blackberry, Post paid sales and Dongle trainings. Boyuna Das Gupta Star - Mumbai
IDEOS refreshers; Passion. DSA on boarding, Blackberry, SAK and Negotiation Skills trainings have kept Boyuna very busy. Her PTR feedback s scores, as always, have been good. She certified green at the "Negotiation skills" workshop conducted by the Academy and was awarded the certificate by the CBH. In recognition of her potential and hard work over the last year Ms. Rosy Bansal, CTM Maharashtra, has promoted her from a Sales trainer to a STAR trainer. Well done Boyuna. |

Sharon Reddy Sales – Mumbai
Iphone 4 training kept Sharon busy through out the quarter. She also attended the "Relationship Manager-Building Customer Connect" workshop at the Academy. She also prepared a module on "Decision Making" for the Retention and Collection teams. Sharon has done extensive Market research to understand 'knowledge levels'. Her proactiveness and hard work has been recognized by Ms. Rosy Bansal who has promoted Sharon from a CSD trainer to a Sales trainer. Keep it up Sharon |

Ishita Wagh Sales - Mumbai
"My Buddies" for TRSMs, an NHIT program, and Iphone training for the promoters was what Ishita had on her plate for the quarter. Inspite of being busy with the training she compiled the 'Participant's Handbook for NHIT''. This has been acclaimed by the CTM, HR, CSD, and L&D Heads of the circle. We understand that it will soon be used in their Call Center training too. Ishita also conducted detailed market studies to understand 'Knowledge levels". Because of her extensive product knowledge Ms. Bansal has recognized her as the "SME" (Subject Matter Expert). Way to go Ishita. |

Vijay Kumar CSD – AP
Successfully completed an NHIT for 22 people and conducted DMS application, Iphone 4 and Iphone Genius training. He attended the ACME training at the academy as well as MTTs on "Influence and Retain Them" and "Collections for success". He has been chosen to conduct the training at the new call center in Mysore. Well done and keep it up Vijay. |

Shyam attended the Negotiation Skills training at the Academy and certified Green. He conducted "My buddies and Pocket Games” training across AP. In May he was busy training on Apple and its applications. June saw him doing AIRCEL PI Turbo 3G taining, NHIT training. He also did well at the "Selling For Success" workshop at the Academy. Besides attending the Negotiation skills training at the Academy and certifying green, Jennifer conducted “Personal Grooming and Code of Conduct” training for 69 people and Service Plus training for 6 people. Krunal Rao Sales - Gujarat
Blackberry Sales, product refreshers and Iphone sales trainings had Krunal criss crossing Gujarat.. The Iphone training he conducted in Baroda for the retailers and distributors was appreciated by the APP Head. Dipal Thakkar CSD - Gujarat
APP Induction, call center training, 3G refreshers and Iphone training in Ahmedabad, Surat, and Baroda had Dipal on the move. She customized the APP and DST induction modules for the circle. Dipal was part of the team that sent out daily mailers about the Iphone during its launch. These mailers were much appreciated as they helped increase knowledge about the Iphone. Keep it up Dipal. |

Gaurav conducted a number of pre paid refresher and Iphone trainings. He attended the "Coming Together Winning Forever' workshop in Bhopal. He prepared an assessment sheet on the pre paid products. Sankalpa Banerjee
For his NHIT training and Iphone trainings Sankalpa got 100% results (Well done). He also conducted a number of IDEOS and Blackberry trainings. He researched and created a module on 'Problem Solving" and developed "Brain Fitness" exercises which is part of the employee engagement plan. Sachin certified Green in the Negotiation skills workshop conducted by the Academy. He also attended the Iphone 4 training there. He conducted a productivity analysis of UAO vs DAO. Conducted training on VAS, DMS, Role, Inportance of DST, Sales call process, 3G, Iphone 4, ACME. He worked on the module for activation and troubleshooting of the Iphone 4 and conducted audits and OJTs for ISDs at outlets. Keep it going Sachin. |

Mohit Mahajan
Mohit conducted a number of product refreshers, Iphone Sales and CSD trainings across MPCG. His demo during the launch of the iPhone which was covered by the media. He also conducted 3G systems training as well as CEF compliance training. He attended the "Coming Together Winning Forever' workshop, the ''Retention and Collections'' TTT, and the Iphone training at the Academy. Inspite of being ill and hospitalized Mohit, solely, completed the Iphone training for all 5 zones of MPCG. This training led to an initial sale of over 100 phones. His commitment was recogized by Abhishek Kumar, CTM MPCG as well as the HR Head and the CBH. Well done Mohit. |
