| Scale Conveyor Base |

The Atrax scale base is designed to accommodate virtually any motorised conveyor used at passenger check-in and can be provided with a wide range of conveyor mounting options. The base is suitable for an extended range of conveyor sizes and weights, including oversize / out of gauge scale conveyors. Several different scale frame designs are available to suit a variety of airport installation requirements. These include roll in/roll out scales fitted with wheels, fixed location bases fitted with rails to accept conveyors with wheels, and fixed scale conveyor installations. These suit both new and retrofit installations.
The use of an all steel welded frame containing four high performance load cells for weight measurement, matched with adjustable feet, results in an extremely sturdy and robust scale without the vertical deflection or unwanted horizontal movement suffered by older designs offered by others. |

| Static Baggage Scale Platform |
| |
The Atrax static platform is available as a single load cell unit for small to medium platform sizes and as a four load cell unit for medium to large platform sizes. The platform is designed to adapt to your baggage handling system, essential for flexibility of check-in layout and design.
Fitted to the top of the scale base is a heavy duty stainless steel pan which provides an attractive and durable weighing surface. Both scale base designs can be fitted with non-powered rollers to the weighing surface if required.
These platforms can be installed directly onto the floor, a raised pedestal, in a stainless steel shroud or bag well, or any combination required.
The four load cell platform can be used as a standard check in scale or for oversize baggage, out of gauge, or group check in. |

| In-Motion Conveyor Weighing System |

The Atrax Dynamic scale system is designed for use as either a Group check in unit, or as a Baggage checkweigher prior to injecting into a baggage handling system.
For the checkweigher application, the Digital Weight Indicator has several user selectable Overweight levels, which can be programmed to stop the conveyor when the acceptable weight has been exceeded.
When used as a Group check in system, the individual weights of bags can be continuously outputted to a PC, or other serial device, for accumulating and/or other processing.
The system is suitable for an extended range of conveyor sizes and weights.

| Check-in Conveyor Control Systems |

Atrax supplies a range of control equipment and software for total conveyor/baggage control of the check-in facility up to and including the security door where baggage passes from public side to air-side.
The Atrax control system brings many benefits to modern airports due to its modular and distributed architecture. This includes the ability to add or remove check-in lanes to adapt to changing needs. The Atrax ABS960 baggage scale readout interfaces with the control system and allows control messages to be displayed on any (or all) scale operator panel via the graphics display.
These features, and many more, along with the control systems ability to interface with high level BHS controls allows a fully integrated airport wide BHS control system to be created. |

| Cabin Baggage Test Unit |

The Cabin Baggage Test Unit is a simple and attractive unit to test the size and weight (measurement only available if optional scales included) of cabin hand luggage allowed on domestic or international flights.
The white powdercoated and chrome tubular steel unit is fitted with a panel to give details of all size and quantity restrictions for hand luggage and suit packs allowed onto the aircraft. Ideal for use in luggage shops, travel agents, airport lounges, ticket allocation and check in areas. |

| Installation, Commissioning and Field support. |

We can offer a full installation and support service for all of our products and our team are well versed in operating in all areas of the globe.
We place extremely high standards on all of our Atrax service and support personnel and we demand the same standards from local service agents, who only act on our behalf after being thoroughly trained by Atrax. Wherever possible we insist that our agents have the relevant quality assurance certification.
For baggage applications the services we offer include (but are not limited to) installation of scale bases under customer supplied conveyors, full commissioning of the scale unit combined with calibration and obtaining the local Weights & Measures approval certification. Also if conveyor controls are included in the project, our engineers can wire, test and commission these options.
When the project is for a cargo/Courier site, we can fit individual scale components to your machinery, and configure and test the Digital weight Indicator (and Printer if supplied). Following the completion of the installation process, we can calibrate, test and obtain local Weights & Measures approvals (when required).
