| Admission Procedure |

Admissions will begin with the issue of application forms and prospectus to the students seeking admissions to all UG courses at the beginning of the academic year. Admissions shall be made as per the guidelines and calendar events issued by the University. Since it is a Government college the roster system will be strictly followed. The date of commencement and closure of admissions and other details along with fee structure will be put up in the notice board.Besides,an advertisement will also be given in local news paper. The students will have to submit the duly filled application forms along with the copies of testimonials to the college office. The admission committee consisting of teachers is constituted every year which is entrusted with the responsibility of taking admissions. The committee is instructed by the Principal to follow the procedure strictly in taking admissions. The committee begins with the scrutiny of application forms and then the list of selected students will be prepared and announced for the information of the students. Incomplete applications will be rejected. |

The admissions will actually commence on the date and timings announced earlier. The selected students are also informed to produce all original documents with two sets of copies along with three recent passport size photos. Every selected student has to give an undertaking stating that he/she shall abide by the rules of the college which is countersigned by the parent/guardian. The admissions will go on till the last date being fixed by the University. The principal reserves the right of admission. All admissions are provisional and subject to approval of Bangalore University. After the admissions the induction programme will be conducted for the fresher’s. The classes will then commence. |
