Department of Chemistry
 
The dream of imparting a good education in the subject of chemistry has been fulfilled with the establishment of chemistry department from the academic year 2010-11.The department has made a good beginning with 50 students and has all the potentialities to grow and develop very fast in near future. A well equipped chemistry laboratory has also been established instantaneously. The college is currently offering PCM and CBZ programmes in each of which the subject of chemistry is common. The students can have options in selecting any combination. The department is an excellently managed by the senior and experienced teacher.

Profile of Faculty
 
Mallesh. H.B: He has a rich academic and social service experience. He has served as NSS programme officer for four years and organized four special camps. He has also served as NCC officer for a period of two years. During his period two NCC students have participated in Republic – Day celebrations at Delhi for both the years. Besides, he had also served as an officer in charge of activities of Gandhi study circle for two years and conducted various inter –collegiate programmes like patriotic songs, essay writing, Rangoli drawing, debate and a host of other events. He was incharge of dramatic activities and motivated students to play drama.
