Statutory requirement:The company adheres to the statutory requirement with respect to the Shops & Establishment act, the minimum wages act (employed by the contractors), PF and ESI of all contractors providing service to the company. Functionally interfacing and meeting TAT / SLA /SOP for various administration service deliveries.

Critical Operations: Identify and preventive measures taken for Key Operational failures. With respect to Telecommunication, Power, transport.Disaster Management: Emergency response system as per the disaster levels categorized. Evacuation plans in case of emergencies, like FIRE, EARTHQUAKE.Cost Management: Emphasis on control of material and energy and successful in minimizing the wastage.Housekeeping: Sourcing out housekeeping contractors, negotiations and signing of contracts. Maintenance of office premises, lawns, Supervision of housekeeping activities.

Security: Security of the premises, assets, and staff, and posting of security personnel at strategic points and supervision of the personnel. Access control. Safety of the employees as a prime concern.

Purchase: Create a transparent process and vendor evaluation. Create a strong supply chain. Vendor development (source new vendors), forming purchase committees, Vendor negotiations, and purchases of equipment’s and consumables. Printing of office stationery, brochures, course books etc. Infuse new concepts and create best standards for working environment, consistently carry out benchmarking exercise for Best practices in the related area.Outsourcing of administrative activities and constantly identifying alternatives to optimize cost and improve services.Negotiation skills in areas of Real Estate, Food services, Transportation and fleet management, Track and charge back to other users, prepare and manage budget, Monitor financial transactions.
